Caribbean Sustainable Fisheries

On a mission to play a leading role in the global shift towards sustainable aquaculture.

Producers of sustainably sourced premium Caribbean spiny lobster, Caribbean Sustainable Fisheries is an established and sustainable commercial enterprise located in the BVI, offering a ground-breaking new approach to lobster farming. Founded in 2005, Caribbean Sustainable Fisheries is the result of decade-long R&D project, which focused on developing an on-land farming system for spiny lobsters (Panurulus argus). This project has resulted in a number of technological breakthroughs and has been tremendously successful for both Sustainable Food Enterprises and the wider aquaculture sector.
