By removing 1lb of first-stage Puerulus from the wild, we can produce 100,000lbs of market-ready lobster, ensuring a high-quality product with minimal environmental impact.

Ocean On Land Technology has developed economically viable systems for lobster hatcheries.  They help replenish European clawed lobster stocks, which are a valuable and sought-after seafood resource that faces threats from overfishing and high natural mortality rates. By producing juvenile lobsters, we are providing benefits to current and future generations of fishers.
